A recent meta-analysis reveals that beyond clever marketing, several guided internet-based interventions fail to deliver cost effectiveness. Thus, it turns out that cost-effectiveness is not a “class effect” in digital therapeutics. Meaning, not all digital therapeutics are automatically cost-effective.
However, we recently informed you of the positive economic effects of our digital therapeutic software. A current study shows that GAIA’s product is both cost and clinically effective.
We admit that developing products that deliver cost-effectiveness is tough. Yet, some products can while others can’t. Stakeholders must thus differentiate. And only by science can this be done – product by product.
